Therapeutic effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with tar-taric acid on depressed scar after acne
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)gel com-bined with fruit acid on depressed scar after acne. Methods A total of 108 patients with depressed scar after being diagnosed with ac-ne in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=54)and study group(n=54).The con-trol group was treated with tartaric acid, and the study group was treated with rb-bFGF based on the control group. The efficacy,dura-tion of erythema, duration of scab, visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment,Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score, scar base depth and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.30%(52/54),which was higher than that of the control group(75.93%,41/54)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the duration of erythema and scab in the study group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS score and VSS score of the study group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the scar base depth of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(9.26%,5/54)and the control group(5.56%,3/54)(P>0.05).Conclusions rb-bFGF combined with tartaric acid has a signifi-cant effect in the treatment of depression scar after acne, which can shorten the duration of scab and erythema, relieve pain and scar symptoms, with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
