The effect of"SMG"health management model on three-level rehabilitation of stroke patients
Objective To explore the application effect of"SMG"health management model in the three-level rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods A total of 108 patients with stroke hemiplegia who were treated in the neurology center of our hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(54 cases)and the intervention group(54 cases).The con-trol group was given routine health management after the early rehabilitation treatment of stroke,while the intervention group was treat-ed based on the"SMG"health management model.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks,and the self-efficacy and medical coping style of the two groups after the tertiary rehabilitation were compared.Results The scores of face coping style and self-efficacy in the inter-vention group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of avoidance and submission coping style were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention method of"SMG"health management model in the tertiary rehabilita-tion process of stroke patients is helpful to improve the self-efficacy of patients,change the way to actively face the disease,cooperate with medical staff to carry out rehabilitation training to improve physical function and further improve the quality of life after stroke.
