摘要

目的 比较微波和A型肉毒毒素注射两种方法治疗腋臭的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析78例腋臭患者的临床资料,根据采用的治疗方法分为微波组(41例)和A型肉毒毒素组(37例),分别于治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月随访疗效.结果 3个月后:两组有效率均为100%,而肉毒素组痊愈率明显高于微波组(100%VS 58.5%,P<0.01);6个月后:微波组有效率稍高于肉毒素组(97.6%VS 89.2%,P>0.05),而肉毒素组痊愈率高于微波组(59.5%VS 53.7%,P>0.05);9个月后:微波组有效率明显高于肉毒素组(95.1%VS 24.3%,P<0.01),微波组痊愈率也高于肉毒素组(46.3%VS 21.6%,P<0.01);微波组不良反应发生率明显高于肉毒素组(41.5%VS 8.1%,P<0.01).结论 两种微创疗法均可有效治疗腋臭,且各具优点.

Abstract

Objective To compare the clinical effects of microwave and botulinum toxin type A injection in the treatment of brom-hidrosis.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with bromhidrosis were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment method,they were divided into microwave group(41 cases)and botulinum toxin group(37 cases),and the curative effects were followed up at 3 months,6 months and 9 months,respectively.Results After 3 months,the effective rate of both groups was 100%,and the recovery rate of botox group was significantly higher than that of microwave group(100%VS 58.5%,P<0.01).After 6 months,the effective rate of microwave group was slightly higher than that of botox group(97.6%VS 89.2%,P>0.05),and the recovery rate of botox group was higher than that of microwave group(59.5%VS 53.7%,P>0.05).After 9 months,the effective rate of microwave group was significant-ly higher than that of botox group(95.1%VS 24.3%,P<0.01),and the recovery rate of microwave group was also higher than that of botox group(46.3%VS 21.6%,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in microwave group was significantly higher than that in botulinum toxin group(41.5%VS 8.1%,P<0.01).Conclusion Both minimally invasive therapies can effectively treat bromhidrosis,and each has its own advantages.
