Effect and prognostic effect of digestive endoscopy on upper gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and prognostic effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastro-intestinal bleeding.Methods 86 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to January 2022 were selected and were divided into control group(n=43)and study group(n=43)according to the admission time.The control group received conventional drug therapy,and the study group received digestive endoscopy combined with drug therapy.The therapeutic ef-fect was compared between two groups.Results The treatment effect was better in the study group(P<0.05);The recovery time of clini-cal related indicators in the research group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The bleeding control time,complete he-mostasis time,and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The re-bleeding rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of upper gastroin-testinal hemorrhage has a definite clinical effect,which can reduce the occurrence of rebleeding and improve the prognosis of patients.
