Bioinformatics screening of HIV and TB immunoinfiltration-related markers
Objective Based on bioinformatics, immune function related genes in HIV and TB were analyzed to find potential bio-markers with common diagnostic value. Methods The information of AIDS and tuberculosis patients was collected from the GEO data-base,and immune-related gene sets were screened respectively.Enrichment analysis and difference analysis of immune cell infiltra-tion were performed by KEGG and GO database. Finally, key genes were verified by public database and targeted mirnas were screened. Results The enrichment analysis mainly focused on the immune response. The infiltration analysis of immune cells showed a significant increase in CD8T cells, and the stable and high expression of CCL5 was screened out. Conclusion The stable high expres-sion of CCL5 in HIV and TB may serve as a potential diagnostic biomarker as well as a therapeutic target.
