生物信息学筛选HIV和TB免疫浸润相关标志物

目的 基于生物信息学分析HIV和TB中与免疫功能相关基因,从中挖掘具有共同诊断价值的潜在生物标志物.方法 从GEO数据库中收集艾滋病和结核病患者信息,分别筛选出与免疫相关的基因集,通过KEGG和GO对其进行富集分析和免疫细胞浸润差异分析,最后通过公共数据库验证关键基因并筛选靶向miRNA.结果 富集分析发现主要集中于免疫反应,免疫细胞浸润分析发现CD8T细胞显著增加,筛选出CCL5稳定高表达.结论 HIV和TB中CCL5稳定高表达,可能作为潜在的诊断生物标志物以及治疗靶点.
Bioinformatics screening of HIV and TB immunoinfiltration-related markers
Objective Based on bioinformatics,immune function related genes in HIV and TB were analyzed to find potential bio-markers with common diagnostic value.Methods The information of AIDS and tuberculosis patients was collected from the GEO data-base,and immune-related gene sets were screened respectively.Enrichment analysis and difference analysis of immune cell infiltra-tion were performed by KEGG and GO database.Finally,key genes were verified by public database and targeted mirnas were screened.Results The enrichment analysis mainly focused on the immune response.The infiltration analysis of immune cells showed a significant increase in CD8T cells,and the stable and high expression of CCL5 was screened out.Conclusion The stable high expres-sion of CCL5 in HIV and TB may serve as a potential diagnostic biomarker as well as a therapeutic target.
