Analysis about clinical characteristics of patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined with pulmonary interstitial disease
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of rheumatoid arthritis patients combined with pulmonary interstitial disease. Methods Forty-two cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients with pulmonary interstitial changes were selected from February 2019 to February 2021 in our hospital.General data, clinical symptoms, pulmonary imaging and laboratory data of all patients were col-lected and grouped for statistical analysis.Results(1)The average age of the patients in group RA-UIP(63.86±12.45)was higher than that of the RA-NSIP group(59.96±12.77)and the other types of RA-ILD(59.12±12.31).There are significant differences(P<0.05).(2)The smoking rate of RA-NSIP patients(21.43%)was higher than that of RA-UIP group(12.50%)and other types of RA-ILD group. There was a significant difference between three groups(P<0.05).(3)ILD was happened in 10 patients prior to RA,and 32 patients de-veloped ILD during or after diagnosis of RA.However, the median time in the RA-NSIP group was 2.34 years shorter than the other groups.(4)The PLT and ESA of other RA-ILD patients were higher than those of RA-UIP and RA-NSIP.There was statistical differ-ence between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Old age, male and smoking are risk factors for ILD,but whether old age and smoking will affect the pathological types of ILD needs to be determined. Some RA-ILD patients lack obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage, and the elevation of ESR and PLT can provide diagnostic and therapeutic clues for them.
