Correlation analysis on the dual-center care model in the quality of life of patients after coronary intervention
Objective To explore the impact of dual-heart care model on the adverse psychological state and quality of life of elder-ly patients with coronary heart disease after coronary intervention. Methods A total of 64 patients after percutaneous coronary interven-tion were selected, including 41 males and 23 females, with an average age of 73.45±3.26 years. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group were given routine nursing and mental health education guidance, and the ob-servation group was given double-heart care based on routine care, and the general clinical data,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Health Survey Short Form(SF-36)and satisfaction differences of the two groups of patients were compared after 3 months.Results(1)There was no significant difference in the general clinical data between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)Anxiety and depression scores,SF-36 scores, and satisfaction scores improved in the observation group after the dual-heart care intervention, and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Correlation analysis showed that the differ-ence in anxiety and depression scores in the HADS between the post-intervention and pre-discharge observation groups was positively correlated with the difference in patients'emotional functioning and mental health scores(P<0.05).Conclusions The dual-heart care model not only improves the poor psychological state of anxiety and depression in elderly patients after PCI surgery but improves the pa-tients'quality of life. But there is a positive correlation between the restoration of this mental health and the transformation of the quali-ty of life.
