Application of problem-oriented intervention model in patients at risk of liver cancer with malnutrition
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-oriented intervention model in patients at risk of liver cancer with malnutrition. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 91 patients at risk of liver cancer with malnutrition who were ad-mitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021.The random number table method was used to divide them into a study group of 46 cases and a control group of 45 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given a problem-oriented intervention model.Comparison of nutritional status[body mass index(BMI),nutritional risk screening-2002(NRS-2002)Score],depression anxiety stress scale-21(DASS-21)and quality of life-liver cancer(QOL-LC)for liver cancer patients before and after the intervention between the two groups. Results After the intervention, patients in the study group had lower NRS-2002 scores than the control group,BMI levels were higher than the control group,DASS-21 stress and anxiety dimension scores were lower than the control group,QOL-LC scores in each dimension were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The problem-oriented intervention model is applied to patients at risk of liver cancer with malnu-trition,which can improve the nutritional status of the patients, alleviate the unhealthy mental state, and promote the improvement of the quality of life.
