Effect of homogenization nursing on the success rate and image quality of coronary CTA
Objective To explore the impact of implementing homogenization nursing in the quality control of coronary artery(coro-nary artery)CT angiography(CTA)imaging on its success rate and image quality.Method A total of 385 patients with coronary CTA in Urumqi Friendship Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random draw method.The control group received routine nursing care with a total of 192 cases,and the experimental group received homogenized nursing care with a total of 193 cases.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result The success rate,image quality,and examination satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Homogeneous nursing can improve the success rate of coronary CTA examination,optimize image quality,and promote patient satisfaction with the ex-amination.
