Analysis on the current situation of undergraduate education in clinical pharmacy in Xinjiang——Empirical research based on teaching satisfaction
Objective To investigate the teaching satisfaction and influencing factors of undergraduate students majoring in clini-cal pharmacy in Xinjiang,analyze the current situation and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,to provide reference and in-spiration for improving the teaching quality and promoting the reform of clinical pharmacy education.Methods 572 valid question-naires were collected by"Questionnaire Star"online questionnaire survey to quantitatively analyze students'satisfaction with clinical pharmacy education and its influencing factors.Results The overall satisfaction of teaching with different demographic characteristics was compared.The overall satisfaction score of understanding clinical pharmacy major was higher(4.27±0.58)than that of ignorance(4.07±0.60),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(t=3.362,P=0.001).Compared with the overall satisfaction scores of the three groups,whether clinical pharmacy major was consistent with interest,the difference was statistically significant(F=30.741,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether the clinical pharmacy major was consistent with the interest was an influential factor in the overall teaching satisfaction,and the satisfaction score of those with inconsistent interest was 0.261 units lower than that of those with consistent interest(t=7.27,P<0.001).Satisfaction scores of almost the same interest is 0.086 units lower than that of the same interest(t=4.088,P<0.001).Whether the students knew clinical pharmacy was an influential factor in the satisfac-tion of teaching content,and the score of those who did not know was 0.173 units lower than that of those who knew(t=2.584,P=0.01).Conclusion Undergraduate education of clinical pharmacy in colleges and universities still needs continuous reform and innovation,optimize the curriculum according to the needs of clinical pharmacy practice,attach importance to practical training,strengthen the frontier and practicality of the teaching content,and strengthen the propaganda before enrollment.Train professional pharmacists who are really needed in the clinic.
