Clinical analysis of peripheral blood inflammatory markers in trauma patients
Objective To explore the effects of different degrees of trauma patients and surgery on peripheral blood inflammatory indexes. Methods:A total of 186 trauma patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016 were selected and divided into three groups according to the ISS standard:mild injury, severe injury and critical injury. The clinical data of the pa-tients were collected and the changes of peripheral blood inflammatory indexes were compared. Results:There was no significant differ-ence in the general data of the three groups of patients.Compared with the mild injury group and the moderate injury group, the periph-eral blood leukocytes, neutrophil levels,procalcitonin,interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein levels increased in the critical injury group(P<0.05).Compared with the non-surgical patients, the number of white blood cells, the number and percentage of neutrophils, and pro-calcitonin increased after surgery 1d,and the number of white blood cells and neutrophils increased after surgery 7d(P<0.05).Discus-sion:The level of inflammatory cells in the peripheral blood of trauma patients is related to the severity of injury, and the inflammatory level of patients after surgery increases.
