西伯利亚接骨木环烯醚萜苷和木脂素组分提取分离的初步研究

摘要
目的 西伯利亚接骨木环烯醚萜苷和木脂素组分的提取分离,同时建立接骨木中莫诺苷和总木脂素的含量测定方法.方法 采用乙醇醇提取、大孔树脂吸附得到接骨木有效组分,通过HPLC测定接骨木中莫诺苷的含量以及采用紫外分光光度法测定接骨木中总木脂素的含量.结果 接骨木中富含环烯醚萜苷类、木脂素类以及三萜类成分的有效组分,接骨木提取物和30%乙醇洗脱部位中标识性成分莫诺苷含量分别为0.254%和2.63%;50%洗脱部位的总木脂素含量为38.07%.结论 通过HPLC和紫外分光光度法测定接骨木中有效组分的含量,以期为接骨木的开发利用提供一定的科学依据.
Abstract
Objective To extract and isolate iridoid glycosides and lignans from Siberian Sambucus Nakai,and to establish a meth-od for the determination of monosin and total lignans in Siberian Sambucus Nakai.Methods The effective components were extracted by aqueous alcohol and adsorbed by macroporous resin.The content of monosin in Sambucus Nakai was determined by HPLC and the content of total lignans in elderberry was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Results The active components of Sambucus Nakai were rich in iridoid glycosides,lignans and triterpenes.The contents of monoside in Sambucus Nakai extract and 30%ethanol elution were 0.254%and 2.63%,respectively.The total lignan content of 50%elution site was 38.07%.Conclusion The content of active com-ponents inSambucus Nakai was determined by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry,in order to provide a certain scientific basis for the development and utilization of Sambucus Nakai.
