The effect of dacronin hydrochloride and dimethylsiloxane combined with chymotrypsinin painless gastroscopy
Objective To investigate the effect of dacronin hydrochloride and dimethylsiloxane combined with chymotrypsin in painless gastroscopy in elderly patients. Methods A total of 1379 outpatients and inpatients who received painless gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group(689 cases)and research group(690 cases)according to the randomness principle. The control group was orally treated with dacronine hydrochlo-ride gum slurry before examination, while the study group was orally treated with dimethylsilicone oil powder and chymotrypsin solution before examination. The sharpness of field of vision, detection of small lesions and precancerous lesions were compared between the two groups. Results The visual field definition of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The average time of gastroscopy in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The detection rates of microlesions and precancerous lesions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average amount of anesthetic drugs in the study group was significantly reduced compared with that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Dimethylsiloxane combined with chymotrypsin can better eliminate foaming mucus on mucosal surface and improve the detection rate of precancerous lesions and early gastric cancer in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.
