二氧化锆全瓷冠对口腔修复美学评分的影响

摘要
目的 评估二氧化锆全瓷冠在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果及对牙齿美学评分的提升作用.方法 60例入组病例均来源于2021年1月-2022年12月我院收治的口腔修复患者,观察组30例,采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对照组30例,采用镍络合金烤瓷冠修复.对比口腔修复效果,评估患者牙齿功能及美学评分改善程度,随访并发症情况.结果 疗效评估结果显示,观察组优良率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组咬合力、咀嚼有效率治疗后较治疗前显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复后3个月、6个月观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 二氧化锆全瓷冠应用于口腔修复,在改善患者牙齿功能的同时,可提升牙齿美学评分,减少不良反应,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application effect of zirconia all ceramic crown in oral restoration treatment and its effect on improving dental aesthetic score.Method Sixty enrolled cases were all from oral restoration patients admitted to our hospital from Janu-ary 2021 to December 2022.The observation group consisted of 30 cases treated with zirconia all ceramic crowns,while the control group consisted of 30 cases treated with nickel alloy porcelain crowns.Compare the effectiveness of oral restoration,evaluate the im-provement of patient's dental function and aesthetic score,and follow up on complications.Result The efficacy evaluation results showed that the excellent and good rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The bite force and chewing efficiency of the two groups were significantly improved af-ter treatment compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The inter group comparison showed that the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);While the obser-vation group was higher than the control group at 3 and 6 months after repair,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The in-cidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than the control group's 26.67%,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zirconia all ceramic crowns can improve dental function in patients undergoing oral restoration,enhance dental aesthetic scores,reduce adverse reactions,and are worth promoting.
