Risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia in laparoscopic patients and its correlation with immunity and coagulation
Objective To investigate the risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery and its correlation with immune function, coagulation function and infection. Methods 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in hospital from October 2019 to 2022 were selected as the study objects. Results Multi-factor results showed that the risk factors of hypo-thermia in laparoscopic patients were body mass index, basal body temperature, operation type, anesthesia time, operation time and op-erating room temperature.Compared with pre-operation and non-hypothermia group,PT,APTT and TT were prolonged in both postop-erative and hypothermia groups, and the levels of C3 and C4 were decreased after surgery, and the incidence of infection was increased.PT,APTT and TT were negatively correlated with complement C3 and C4(P<0.05).Conclusion Body mass index, basal body tempera-ture,operation type, anesthesia time, operation time and operating room temperature are the risk factors for hypothermia in laparoscopic surgery. With the decrease of body temperature, coagulation function index and immune function index are negatively correlated.
