Treatment of Single Segment Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Transforaminal Lumbar Intervertebral Fusion under the Passage
Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment effects of transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and percutaneous endo-scopic lumbar discectomy under the channel for single segment lumbar disc herniation patients;Method:Fifty patients with single-segment lumbar disc herniation who underwent treatment in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group underwent laminectomy for nucleus pulp-osus,while the study group underwent transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion under the channel;Result:The patients in the study group were significantly better than the control group in terms of surgical time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, and hospital stay(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),and the VSA scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group at 1 month and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ODI scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),The ODI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of postopera-tive complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion:The application of MIS-TLIF in the treatment of single segment lumbar disc herniation patients can effectively improve various surgical indicators and im-prove surgical efficiency. At the same time,it reduces surgical pain, promotes the recovery of lumbar function in patients, reduces the incidence of complications, and is well applied.
