红细胞体积大小对血小板直方图影响程度的探讨

摘要
目的 探讨血小板直方图图形的变化与红细胞体积关系.方法 将异常PLT直方图分为2类:A类、B类;正常PLT直方图为C类;对不同红细胞MCV范围的PLT直方图进行分类;同时进行手工计数与仪器计数比对.结果 当红细胞体积在51.7-69.9fl时出现受到严重影响的异常PLT直方图的比率是100%;当红细胞体积在70-82fl之间时出现受到影响的异常PLT直方图的比率是75.5%,正常的PLT直方图比率是24.5%;当红细胞体积>82时出现受到影响的异常PLT直方图的比率是11.1%,正常的PLT直方图比率是89.0%;结论 红细胞体积越小对血小板直方图造成的影响越大.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship of platelet histogram pattern and red blood cell volume.Methods The abnormal PLT histograms were divided into two categories:Class A and Class B;Normal PLT histograms are for class C;The PLT histograms with different RBC MCV ranges were classified,Meanwhile,the manual counting and the instrument count were compared.Results The rate of abnormal PLT histograms severely affected when RBC volume at 51.7-69.9fl is 100%;The rate of abnormal PLT histograms affected when the RBC volume is between 70 and 82 fl is 75.5%,The normal PLT histogram ratio was 24.5%;The rate of the affected abnormal PLT histograms occurring when the RBC volume was>82 was 11.1%,The normal PLT histogram ratio was 89.0%;Conclusion The smaller the red blood cell volume,the greater the effect is caused on the platelet histogram.
