Analysis of related factors of renal function changes in children with unilateral Hydronephrosis after pyeloureteroplasty
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the change of renal function in children with unilateral hydronephrosis af-ter treatment. Methods A total of 52 children with unilateral hydronephroplasty were selected in this study, all of whom were from Any-ang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022.All children received pyeloureteroplasty, and were fol-lowed up for 3 months after surgery for retrospective analysis. They were grouped according to their renal function at follow-up.Among them, the improvement of renal function in less than 5%was the control group, and the improvement of renal function in more than 5%was the study group. Results There were 15 cases of children with renal function improvement below 5%(control group)and 37 cases of children with renal function improvement above 5%(study group). There were significant differences in age, hydronephrosis degree, renal function classification and anastomotic tension between control group and study group(all P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that the risk factors of renal function changes in children treated with unilateral hydronephroplasty were age≥1 year, hydronephrosis gradeⅣ,renal function grade 4,and anastomotic tension(all P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors affecting renal func-tion in children treated with unilateral hydronephroplasty by laparoscopic pyeloureteroplasty are age≥1 year, hydronephrosis grade IV,renal function grade 4,and anastomotic tension.
