DWI与SWI在颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断价值

摘要
目的 探讨扩散加权成像(DWI)与磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在颅内海绵状血管瘤(Intracranial cavernous angioma,ICA)的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析28名患者的ICA影像学资料,扫描序列包括常规序列、DWI、SWI序列,观察ICA在DWI、SWI序列的位置、大小、形态、数量及与周围脑组织的关系,分析两者对ICA的诊断价值.结果 28位患者中,常规序列检出31个病灶,而DWI和SWI分别检出37个和39个病灶.这两种方法不仅检出的ICA单个病灶范围基本较常规序列大,而且数量也明显增多,并且对于ICA的检出率和诊断准确率两者也高度吻合.结论 DWI及SWI均具有较高的ICA检测率及正确诊断率,并且具有极高的敏感性和可靠性,两者结合更具临床应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)and susceptibility weighted imag-ing(SWI)in Intracranial cavernous angioma(ICA).Methods The ICA imaging data of 28 patients were retrospectively analyzed.The scanning sequence included conventional sequence,DWI and SWI sequence.The location,size,shape,number of lesions on DWI and SWI sequence and the relationship with surrounding brain tissue were observed,and the diagnostic value of ICA was analyzed.Results In 28 patients,conventional sequence detected 31 lesions,while DWI and SWI detected 37 and 39 lesions,respectively.Not only the range of single ICA lesion detected by these two methods is basically larger than that by conventional sequence,but also the number of ICA lesions detected by these two methods is significantly increased,and the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of ICA are also highly consistent.Conclusion DWI and SWI have high ICA detection rate and correct diagnosis rate,and have high sensitivity and reli-ability,and the combination of the two has more clinical application value.
