Observation on the curative effect of acupuncture Baliao Point combined with Reiambao on defecation difficulties after hemorrhoids
Purpose To explore and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture Baliao point combined with Reibao in the treatment of hemorrhoid postoperative defecation difficulties.Method A total of 90 patients with difficulty defecating after hemorrhoids in our hos-pital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.The study was divided into study group and con-trol group,each group of 45 patients,the control group of hemorrhoid postoperative defecation difficulties patients to take glycerol ene-ma treatment,the study group of patients to take acupuncture Baliao combined with Chinese medicine Rebao treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical treatment effectiveness of patients with hemorrhoid postoperative defecation difficulty was 97.78%in the study group and 80.00%in the control group,which was higher than that in the study group.In addition,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as defecation difficulty,abdominal distension and abdominal pain in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there were differences between the groups.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with hemorrhoid postoperative defecation difficulties,acupuncture Baliao combined with Chinese medicine Reibao has a remarkable thera-peutic effect,which can effectively promote the smooth defecation of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with abdominal pain,abdominal distension,etc.,and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
