Analysis of the current status and countermeasures of prenatal screening and diagnosis among pregnant women in the second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps
Objective To analyze the current situation of prenatal screening and diagnosis of Down syndrome(DS)in pregnant women of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Methods in January 2022-April 2023,the Xinjiang production and construction corps 368 pregnant women,using homemade DS prenatal screening and diagnosis cognitive scale evaluation of pregnant women DS prenatal screening and diagnosis of cognitive status,develop general data survey,sur-vey of pregnant women,into the possible factors,the Logistics regression analysis test pregnant women DS prenatal screening and diag-nosis cognitive related factors,formulate the corresponding intervention countermeasures.Results In a total of 368 pregnant women,272 had good cognition of DS prenatal screening and diagnosis,the cognitive rate was 73.91%;by Logistics regression analysis,3 births,no abortion history,education level or below,family per capita monthly income<3000 yuan,non-ivf,and low health belief were the influencing factors of DS prenatal screening and diagnosis in pregnant women(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The Xinjiang produc-tion and construction corps second division pregnant women DS prenatal screening and diagnosis cognition is relatively good,but still by the birth,abortion,cultural level,family per capita monthly income,IVF,health beliefs,prenatal DS should popularize knowledge,strengthen prenatal DS etiology,screening time,diagnosis surgery safety knowledge education,in order to reduce the DS birth rate.
