Effects of continuous health education based on WeChat interaction in postoperative rehabilitation of anorectal diseases
Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous health education based on WeChat interaction in postoperative rehabili-tation of patients with anorectal diseases.Methods This study selected 80 patients with anorectal diseases who were admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to May 2023 and received surgical treatment.The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group(40 cases)and a WeChat group(40 cases)through the envelope method.Patients in the routine group received routine rehabilitation ed-ucation after surgery,and patients in the WeChat group received continuing health education based on WeChat interaction.Follow-up and compare the three-month follow-up rate,home health knowledge,self-care ability and complication rate of the two groups of pa-tients.Results The rate of regular follow-up visits in the WeChat group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);the home health knowledge awareness scores of the patients in the WeChat group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the patients in the WeChat group were sitting correctly after intervention The rate of bathing,perianal clean and dryness and correct defecation ability was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the com-plication rate of patients in the WeChat group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous health education based on WeChat interaction during the postoperative rehabilitation of anorectal diseases can help improve the patient's timely follow-up diagnosis rate,improve the quality of health education,and encourage patients to cor-rectly master their self-care ability and reduce the risk of complications.
