Focus on the effect of Teach-back health education on bronchial asthma patients
Objective To observe the effect of Teach-back health education on the blood gas analysis index and psychological elasticity in patients with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods Select 78 BA patients admitted by the hospital from April 2020 to February 2022,The random number table method was divided into 2 groups,In the control group and intervention group,The control group re-ceived routine health education,From the intervention group,Accept the Teach-back health education under the focused solution mode;Pre-and post-intervention blood gas analysis indicators[arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),arterial blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)],psychological resilience[psychological elasticity scale(CD-RISC)],self-care ability[self-care ability measurement scale(ESCA)],quality of life[Asthma Quality of Life Assessment Form(AQLQ)].Results After the intervention,PaCO2 decreased,PaO2 increased more significantly in the intervention group(P<0.05),CD-RISC score,ESCA and AQLQ score increased significantly,and the intervention group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Teach-back health education in BA pa-tients can improve the blood gas index,improve the psychological elasticity and self-care ability,and improve the quality of life of pa-tients.
