新医改背景下新疆乡镇卫生院标准化建设成效分析

摘要
目的 研究新疆维吾尔自治区乡镇卫生院的标准化建设现状,分析其成效.方法 采用文献分析、资料查阅和现场调研、访谈相结合的方法,对比分析2014年和2019年乡镇卫生院标准化建设中各项指标变化趋势.结果 全疆921所乡镇卫生院均达到标准化建设要求,特别是在改善设施设备、提升专业技术人员服务质量和服务能力方面有较明显的提高.结论 新疆维吾尔自治区乡镇卫生院标准化建设总体情况较好,为持续推进"优质服务基层行"活动和全面推动紧密型县域医疗卫生共同体高质量发展奠定了良好基础.
Abstract
Objective To study the standardization status quo of township-level health centers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Re-gion and its outcomes.Methods Changes to the standardization indicators of township-level healthcare centers between 2014 and 2019,as observed via literature review,field survey,and interviews,were compared and analyzed.Results All 921 township-level healthcare centers met the standardization requirements.In particular,the medical facilities and equipment,as well as efforts made to boost the service quality and competency of professional technicians,had seen significant improvements.Conclusion The standardiza-tion of township-level healthcare centers in Xinjiang were satisfactory on the whole,seeing that the efforts had laid a solid foundation for the advancement of the Program on Delivering Quality Services to Grassroots Organizations and the promotion of the overall quality elevation of county-level healthcare services.
