摘要
新时期正逢知识经济与经济全球化时期，也是我国全面实现小康社会战略目标的重要时期，党的建设与其知识分子工作密不可分。改革开放以来，在新的知识分子理论指导和新的政策推动下，在工作理念、思政工作、管理机制、党的建设方面都取得了创新性成就，但也存在思政工作观念老化、工作机制落伍、管理工作不到位等问题，对新时期党的建设与知识分子工作基本状况进行深入的分析。
Abstract
New era coincided with times of knowledge economy and economic globalization,which is important period of China’s well-off society strategic goals. Party building and its intellectuals are inextricably linked. Since reform and opening up,concepts,management mecha-nism,the party’s ideological and political work have built innovative achievements driven by the new intellectuals theory and policy. But there is also concept of ideological and political work mechanism of aging, outdated,inadequate management and other issues. Basic situation of universi-ties party building and intellectuals in the new era is discussed in the paper deeply.
