Analysis & Investigation on 5-Fold Enriched Grapefruit Oil and Grapefruit Oil
The 5-fold enriched grapefruit oil and grapefruit oil were analyzed by GC/MS.Forty-nine components were identified in 5-fold enriched grapefruit oil,in which 90.96％ were terpenoid and 6.03 ％ were oxygenated compounds.The relative content for characteristic component of nootkatone was about 0.60％ in 5-fold enriched grapefruit oil.Among 23 identified components in grapefruit oil,98.28％ were terpenoid,and 1.55 ％ were oxygenated compounds.The relative content for characteristic component of nootkatone was about 0.05 ％ in it.The differences between these two oils and thereby resulted variation of their odors were compared and discussed.
