The Research Progress of Preparation and Application of Aroma Precursors in Tobacco
The method of reducing the harmful effects of cigarette by decreasing its tar would result loss offlavor, uncomfort and other unfavorable conditions. Aroma precursors have characteristics of high temperature resistance and heat releasing aroma component, it provided a stabilizeflavor compensation effect to low-tar cigarettes. In this paper, the general situation about the preparation and application of aroma precursors of sugar derivatives in tobacco were described detailedly.
