超临界二氧化碳萃取玫瑰浸膏的研究

以玫瑰鲜花为原料、超临界二氧化碳为溶媒,采用单因素试验研究了温度、压力、流量和萃取时间对玫瑰浸膏得率的影响.研究结果证明在温度40 ℃、压力25 MPa、流量30 L/h的条件下动态萃取2 h,玫瑰浸膏得率可达到0.2%.
Study on Extraction of Rose Concrete by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide
In this paper, the effects of temperature, pressure, flow rate and extraction time on the yield of rose extract were studied by single factor test using rose flowers as raw material and supercritical carbon dioxide as solvent. The results showed that the yield of rose concrete would reach to 0.2% under the conditions of temperature 40 ℃, pressure 25 MPa, flow rate 30 L/h and 2 hours dynamic extraction.
