摘要

建立了一种超高效液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS),可快速准确地测定复杂样品体系中壬二酸的含量.壬二酸在 0.05~20 mg·L-1 范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)为 0.994 5;检出限为 0.15 mg·kg-1,定量限为 0.5 mg·kg-1;采用化妆品配方基质(凝胶和霜)和透皮试验基质(皮中提取液和皮下接收液),进行加标试验(n=6),壬二酸的回收率为81.9%~105.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 2.2%~7.5%.该方法具有无需衍生化处理、专属性好、灵敏度高等优点,适用于复杂样品体系中壬二酸的快速测定.

Abstract

A method of ultra high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was established to rapidly and accurately determine the content of azelaic acid in complex sample matrix.The calibration curve of azelaic acid showed good linearity(R2=0.994 5)in the detection range of 0.05-20 mg·L-1.The limit of detection was 0.15 mg·kg-1,and the limit of quantitation was 0.5 mg·kg-1.The spiked recoveries of azelonic acid ranged from 81.9%to 105.4%with RSD of 2.2%-7.5%in cosmetic matrix(gel and cream)and transdermal test matrix(extracting solution from skin and receptor solution under skin)(n=6).This method has advantages such as simple pretreatment no need for previous derivatization,specificity and high sensitivity.It is suitable for the determination of azelaic acid in complex sample matrix.
