Commissioned production of cosmetics is a common type of production.There are complex and diverse forms in actual production.We analyzed six modes of current commissioned production of cosmetics from the production,procurement and filling of semi-finished product,found the quality,safety risks and responsibility under various modes,analyzed the main problems and risks in current commissioned production supervision,and proposed suggestions to strengthen commissioned production supervision by implementing the quality and safety responsibilities on cosmetics registrants and recorders.
