L-薄荷基甲酸的分离和纯化

寻找一种适合工业化分离L-薄荷基甲酸与其杂质新薄荷基甲酸的方法.试验采用薄荷基甲酸盐结晶法、胺盐结晶法、碱性水相通气(二氧化碳)法、弱碱提纯法,比较其分离纯化L-薄荷基甲酸的效果.结果显示,碱性水相通气(二氧化碳)法、弱碱提纯法对分离薄荷基甲酸杂质有效果.经优先比较,弱碱提纯法联合溶剂结晶法操作简便、产物纯度高、收率高,对工业化生产有一定的参考价值.
Separation and Purification of L-Menthol Carboxylic Acid
Search for a suitable method for the industrial separation of L-menthol carboxylic acid from its impurity neomenthol carboxylic acid.The following methods were used to observe the effect of the separation and purification,organic acid salt crystallisation,amine salt crystallisation,carbon dioxide flux method,weak base purification method.The results showed that the carbon dioxide flux method and the weak base purification method were effective in separating impurities of L-menthol carboxylic acid.Therefore,the weak base purification method combined crystallisation method is simple to operate,with high product purity and high yields,which is of some reference value for industrial production.
