Solvent-Free Microwave Extraction of Lysimachus Capillipes Hemsl.Oil and GC-MS Analysis
In order to realize the rapid extraction and volatile components analysis of Lysimachus capillipes Hemsl.oil,a solvent-free microwave extraction(SFME)process was optimized.Single-factor experiment was conducted to investigate effects of water content, microwave power and extraction time on the yield of the essential oil.The volatile components of the essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of SFME were 50%-60%water content of the raw materials,500 W microwave power and 60 min extraction time, and the essential oil yield was 2.19%under the optimal extraction conditions.GC-MS analysis showed that 75 volatile components were identified from the essential oil, among which phenols and alkenes were the main components, accounting for 28.53%and 13.13%(relative mass fraction)of the total volatile components, respectively. The efficient extraction of the essential oil and the determination of volatile components in the essential are of great significance to the development and utilization of Lysimachus capillipes Hemsl.oil.
