岩蔷薇精油的GC-MS分析及其抗氧化性

采用气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)法,对岩蔷薇精油化学组成进行分析,并采用 1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基(DPPH)和 2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)法研究岩蔷薇精油的体外抗氧化性.结果表明,对岩蔷薇精油进行定性定量分析后共鉴定出 37 种化合物,已鉴定成分相对含量占精油总量的 99.76%(体积分数).相对含量较高的成分为2-甲基-4,5-壬二烯(体积分数17.97%)、香叶醇(体积分数8.87%)、芳樟醇(体积分数7.17%)、橙花醇(体积分数 6.49%)、甲酸香茅酯(体积分数 6.46%)和 1-丁烯亚基环己烷(体积分数 5.88%),共占总成分的 52.84%(体积分数).岩蔷薇精油对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除率可达 70.81%和 90.00%,表明岩蔷薇精油具有较好的抗氧化能力.
GC-MS Analysis on Essential Oil of Cistus Ladaniferus and Its Antioxidant Properties
The essential oil components of Cistus ladaniferus were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the in vitro antioxidant properties were studied by DPPH and ABTS.The results showed that a total of 37 compounds were identified after qualitative and quantitative analyses of the main components of Cistus ladaniferus essential oil,with a volume fraction of 99.76%,and the main components were 2-methyl-4,5-nonadiene(17.97%),geraniol(8.87%),linalool(7.17%),2,6-octadien-1-ol,3,7-dimethyl-,(Z)-(6.49%),6-octen-1-ol,3,7-dimethyl-,formate(6.46%)and cyclohexane,1-butenylidene-(5.58%),accounting for 52.84%of the total components.The scavenging rates of DPPH and ABTS free radicals could reach 70.81%and 90.00%,showing that the rock rose essential oil has antioxidant activity.
