摘要

为了解贵州省流通化妆品微生物污染现状,为化妆品微生物监督抽检提供科学依据,按《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015 年版)微生物检验方法,对 2017-2022 年贵州省食品药品检验所承担的国家化妆品监督抽检涉及微生物检验项目的产品进行检验,同时对控制菌的检出情况开展探索性研究.结果表明,1 068 批样品合格率为 99.3%,不合格批次为7批,均为菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数超标,同时耐热大肠菌群检验方法存在重现性不佳的问题.总体来说,微生物检查结果良好;有必要结合基质体系、防腐体系及其它配方成分,对化妆品微生物检验方法进行进一步研究.

Abstract

To understand the current situation of microbial contamination of cosmetics circulating in Guizhou Province,and to provide a scientific basis for microbiological supervision and sampling inspection of cosmetics,according to the microbiological test methods in the Safe and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015 edition),the products involving microbiological test items in the national cosmetic supervision and sampling undertaken by Guizhou Institute for Food and Drug Control in 2017-2022 will be inspected.At the same time,an exploratory study was carried out on the detection of control bacteria.The results showed that the qualification rate of 1 068 batches of samples was 99.3%,and there were 7 unqualified batches,all of which exceeded the limits of aerobic bacterial count,molds and yeast count,while there was a problem of poor reproducibility in detection methods of thermotolerant coliform bacteria.On the whole,the result of microbial examination is good.In addition,it is necessary to further study the microbiological testing method for cosmetics in combination with the matrix system,preservative system and other formula components.
