Determination of Dyclonine in Cosmetics by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
A rapid and efficient high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method(HPLC-MS)was established for the determination of dyclonine in cosmetics.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile for 15 min,then diluted with 20%acetonitrile solution(in volume fraction),and separated on a Capcell PAK C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm×2 μm)in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results showed that the linearity of dyclonine was good in the range of 1.0~25.0 ng/mL with the correlation coefficient(r)greater than 0.995.The recoveries were in the range of 89.4%and 104.5%.The method is efficient,accurate and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative determination of dyclonine in cosmetics.
