富氢水对芳香中药茵陈产量及有效成分的影响

为了研究富氢水对茵陈的影响,采用不同含量的富氢水浇灌及喷洒进行茵陈植株生长试验,并运用精准靶向-黄酮/酚类定性定量分析.试验第15天,与对照组相比,非饱和组的植株横径和体积明显增加,而饱和组无明显变化.第 25 天,不同含量富氢水组的植株横径和体积明显增加,非饱和组的湿重和干重明显增加(P<0.05).不同含量富氢水组可下调或上调 13 个差异代谢物(P<0.05),且能上调天竺葵素-3-氯化葡萄糖苷等 6 个化合物的含量.研究发现富氢水能增加芳香中药茵陈产量,并通过增加有效成分含量提高茵陈质量.
Yield and Active Ingredients of Aromatic Chinese Medicine Capillary Artemisia Produced by Hydrogen-Rich Water
In order to study the effect of hydrogen-rich water(HRW)on Capillary artemisia,the growth experiment of different concentrations of HRW was irrigated and sprayed,and the qualitative and quantitative analyses were used by accurately targeted beta-flavonoids/phenols.On the day 15 of the experiment,the transverse diameter and volume of the unsaturated group increased significantly,but the saturated group made no change.On the day 25,the transverse diameter and volume of the plants with different concentrations of HRW increased significantly,and the wet weight and dry weight of the unsaturated group increased significantly(P<0.05).Different concentrations of HRW group can down regulate or up regulate 13 differential metabolites(P<0.05),and could up regulate the contents of 6 compounds such as geranin-3-chlorinated glucoside.It is found that HRW can increase the yield of aromatic Chinese medicine,and improve the quality of Capillary artemisia by increasing the content of active ingredients.
