摘要
按照酚类化合物、萜类化合物及含氮化合物分类归纳总结了油用山茶属植物的次生代谢产物,并讨论了其抗氧化、抗炎、防紫外辐射等功能及其作用机理,为其在食品与化妆品等行业中的充分利用提供方向.
Abstract
The secondary metabolites of Camellia spp.were summarized according to the classification of phenolic compounds,terpenoids and nitrogen-containing compounds,and their functions such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-ultraviolet radiation functions and their mechanisms of action were discussed,which provided the direction for their full utilization in the food and cosmetic industries.
