β-烟酰胺单核苷酸霜在经皮护理中的功效机制

为探究实验室制备β-烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)霜的生物功效,借助小鼠光老化模型和自然衰老模型对NMN霜的抗衰老作用及生物安全性进行了评估.结果显示,NMN霜可以通过提高皮肤及血液中抗衰老因子(NAD+和SIRT3)、上调血液中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力及促进皮肤胶原纤维生成达到抗衰老效果;NMN霜治疗组小鼠的血液指标及五脏H&E染色结果相比对照组均无异常,提示NMN霜的生物安全性较高.
Efficacy and Mechanism of β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide Cream in Percutaneous Care
In order to investigate the biological efficacy of the lab-made β-nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)cream,the anti-aging effect and biosafety of the cream were studied by means of mouse photoaging model and natural aging model.The results showed that NMN cream could improve the expression of anti-aging factors(NAD+ and SIRT3)in skin and blood samples,up-regulate the activities of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in blood,promote the formation of skin collagen fibers to achieve the anti-aging effect.In comparation with the control group,no significant difference was noticed in the blood indexes and H&E staining results of the five organs in the NMN cream treatment group,suggesting a highly biological safety of NMN cream.
