浙江红山茶花瓣与花蕊活性成分对比分析

为比较浙江红山茶花瓣、花蕊的化学成分及生物活性差异,分别对新鲜花瓣、花蕊提取液中各类成分的总量及单体含量进行了定量分析,并测试了 2 种提取物的DPPH自由基清除率.结果发现:花瓣中总黄酮、总花色苷、鞣花酸、儿茶素含量较高,而花蕊中总酚、总氮、苹果酸、乳酸、脯氨酸含量较高;两种提取液中均未检出咖啡因;两种提取物均具有很好的抗氧化活性,但花蕊提取物更强一些.表明浙江红山茶花瓣、花蕊的化学成分及生物活性存在显著差异.
Comparative Analysis of Active Components between Camellia Chekiangoleosa Petals and Flower Cores
In order to find out the components and biological activity differences between Camellia chekiangoleosa petals and flower cores,the total amount and monomer content of various compounds and the DPPH free radical scavenging rate of both extracts were quantified respectively.Results showed that the contents of total flavonoids,total anthocyanins,ellagic acid and catechin in the petals were much higher than those in the flower cores.In comparison,the contents of total polyphenols,total nitrogen,malic acid,lactic acid and proline in the flower cores were much higher than those in the petals.Caffeine was not detected in both extracts.Both extracts had strong antioxidant activities,but the flower core extract was much stronger.Concerning the active components and biological activity,these findings showed that there were a lot of differences between the Camellia chekiangoleosa petals and flower cores.
