离子色谱法测定化妆品中不同构型羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的含量

建立了一种离子色谱测定S构型与R构型羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的方法,同时建立了液相色谱串联质谱法确证阳性样品的方法,并用该方法对市面上标签中标注含有羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的化妆品进行了检测.样品经提取过滤后,以100 mmol/L氢氧化钠溶液为流动相,用CarboPac MA1(250 mm×4 mm×1.6 μm)色谱柱分离,离子色谱-电化学检测器进行定性和定量分析.结果表明,S构型与R构型羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的质量浓度与峰面积之间呈良好线性关系(R2>0.999),检出限为质量分数 0.001%,定量限为质量分数 0.003%.在高、中、低 3 种加标水平下,回收率为 88.09%~110.1%,精密度在 1.02%~7.62%(n=6).该方法前处理简便快捷、灵敏度高、基质干扰小,适用于化妆品中S构型与R构型羟丙基四氢吡喃三醇的同时检测.
Determination of Hydroxypropyl Tetrahydropyranotriol with Different Configurations in Cosmetics by Ion Chromatography
A method for the determination of hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol in S and R configurations by ion chromatography was established,and a method for confirming positive samples by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was established.The method was used to detect cosmetics labelled with hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol on the market.Hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol were separated by CarboPac MA1(250 mm×4 mm×1.6 μm)column using 100 mmol/L sodium hydroxide solution as the mobile phase,and qualitative and quantitative analyses were performed by ion chromatography with electrochemical detector.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration and peak area of S-configuration and R-configuration hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol(R2>0.999),with a detection limit of 0.001%in mass fraction and a quantitative limit of 0.003%in mass fraction.At high,medium,and low spiking levels,the average recoveries were from 88.09%to 110.1%,with relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.02%-7.62%(n=6).The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,sensitive and little matrix interference.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of S and R hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol in cosmetics.
