Effects of Sunflower Seed Oil,Camellia Oil and Linseed Oil on Lipopolysaccharide-Induced HaCaT Cells
In order to study the repair mechanisms of sunflower seed oil, camellia oil and linseed oil on damaged keratinocytes,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced human immortalized keratinocytes(HaCaT cells)were used as the study model.Immunoblotting and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)were used to detect the phosphorylation levels of mitogen activated protein kinases(MAPKs)signaling pathway and the mRNA expression of barrier associated protein. The results showed that camellia oil and linseed oil could significantly inhibit the phosphorylation of major proteins in MAPKs signaling pathway and kalkinase 7(KLK7)mRNA expression, and also significantly increased the expression of filagmin(FLG)and Caspase14 mRNA at a mass fraction of 1%.These results suggest that camellia oil and linseed oil,in particular, can inhibit the biological damage mediated by MAPKs signaling pathway and promote LPS-induced HaCaT cells repair.
