Atomization Effect of Cosmetic Spray and Its Influencing Factors
The droplet size distribution of cosmetic spray not only affects the using sense of the product, but also relates to the safety of spray products. In order to study the atomization effect of different cosmetic spray and its influencing factors, the effects of spray pressure, spray nozzle diameter and surfactant type on spray particle size distribution and specific surface mean diameter(d32)were investigated in detail by using a high-speed dynamic laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that with the increase of spray pressure,d32 decreases gradually. With the increase of spray nozzle diameter,d32 increased gradually. With the increase of surfactant concentration,d32 decreased and then increased. At low surfactant concentrations(mass fraction≤0.10%),the d32 of PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate solution was smallest.
