摘要
化妆品中的致敏物质可能会导致部分消费者出现过敏性接触性皮炎,从而对消费者健康安全产生危害.在近年来国际化妆品监管合作组织(ICCR)对相关问题的讨论基础上,结合不同监管部门、技术机构关于化妆品致敏物质的管理措施和研究进展,从基本概念、监管理念、皮肤致敏性评价、致敏物质清单等多个方面进行总结和讨论,并提出化妆品致敏物质的安全风险管理对策.
Abstract
Allergens in cosmetics may cause allergic contact dermatitis in some consumers and pose a threat to consumer health.Based on the conclusion of relevant topics by International Cooperation on Cosmetics Regulation(ICCR)in recent years,and taking into account the management measures and research progress on cosmetic allergens by different regulatory departments and technical institutions,we summarized and discussed the basic concepts,regulatory concepts,skin sensitization evaluation,and allergens list.On this basis,safety risk management measures for cosmetics allergens were proposed.
