摘要
以DPPH自由基清除率、ABTS自由基清除率、总还原能力、AAPH诱导的红细胞溶血抑制率为指标,评估了桃花、荷花、芙蓉花不同比例复配物以及单花提取液的抗氧化活性、晚期非酶糖基化产物(AGEs)活性和酪氨酸酶活性的影响.结果表明:体积分数为 1.25%时,4 种复配物相比,桃花、荷花、芙蓉花质量比为 2∶1∶1 的DPPH自由基清除率最高,质量比为 1∶2∶1 时在ABTS自由基清除率、总还原能力、AAPH诱导的红细胞溶血抑制率方面均最强,可有效抑制AGEs活性和酪氨酸酶活性.
Abstract
The antioxidant activities of different formulations of Prunus persica,Nelumbo nucifera,and Hibiscus rosea complexes,as well as single flower extract,were assessed using DPPH scavenging rate,ABTS scavenging rate,total reducing power,and AAPH-induced erythrocyte hemolysis inhibition rate as indicators.The impact on advanced glycation end-products(AGEs)activity and tyrosinase activity was also investigated.The results revealed that at a volume fraction of 1.25%,among the four formulations,the DPPH scavenging rate was highest for the combination of peach blossom:lotus:hibiscus flowers in a mass ratio of 2:1:1.Additionally,the mass ratio of 1:2:1 exhibited the strongest performance in terms of ABTS radical scavenging rate,total reducing power,and AAPH-induced erythrocyte hemolysis inhibition rate,effectively inhibiting AGEs activity and tyrosinase activity.
