摘要

为了提高红景天提取液中活性成分的含量和美白功效,采用高温高压技术对红景天进行预处理,并通过生化、细胞以及动物试验检测高温高压预处理后红景天提取液的美白功效.结果表明,高温高压预处理工艺使红景天提取液中的红景天苷、酪醇含量显著提高;在功效方面,经预处理后的红景天提取液具有良好的抗氧化和抑制酪氨酸酶活性的作用,抑制黑色素的合成以及炎症因子的释放.因此,高温高压预处理工艺在植物提取领域有很大的发展前景,同时红景天提取液可成为一种安全、温和且具有美白功效的化妆品植物原料.

Abstract

In order to improve the content of active ingredients and whitening efficacy of Rhodiola crenulata extract,high-temperature and high-pressure technology was used to pretreat Rhodiola crenulata.The whitening efficacy of Rhodiola crenulata extract after high-temperature and high-pressure pretreatment was detected through biochemical,cellular and animal tests.The results showed that the content of salidroside and tyrosol in Rhodiola crenulata extract was significantly increased by the high-temperature and high-pressure pretreatment.In terms of efficacy,the pretreated Rhodiola crenulata extract had good antioxidant and tyrosinase inhibitory effects,and inhibited the synthesis of melanin as well as the release of inflammatory factors.Therefore,the high-temperature and high-pressure pretreatment technology has great development prospects in the field of plant extraction,and at the same time,Rhodiola crenulata extract can become a safe,mild and whitening effect of cosmetic plant raw material.
