依克多因、硅烷化透明质酸及其组合物的修护功效

以依克多因、硅烷化透明质酸(DSHA)、依克多因和DSHA组合物为研究对象,通过屏障损伤 3D表皮模型,利用H&E 染色、免疫荧光、免疫组化和LC-MS的方法,评估其对屏障受损的3D表皮的影响.结果表明,依克多因、DSHA及其组合物对模型组织形态均具有改善作用,角质层厚度下调率分别为 21.80%、38.36%、47.00%,活细胞层厚度提升率分别为 2.85%、16.33%、18.63%,FLG蛋白提升率分别为 202.70%、410.81%、402.70%,LOR蛋白提升率分别为 242.31%、211.54%、215.38%,CD44 蛋白提升率分别为 50.00%、325.00%、441.67%,神经酰胺总含量提升率分别为 27.98%、55.75%,神经酰胺/蛋白提升率分别为 43.75%、62.50%.综上,依克多因、DSHA、依克多因和DSHA组合物均具有良好的修护屏障损伤的功效.
Repairing Effect of Ectoin,DSHA and Their Compositions
Ectoin,dimethyl silanol hyaluronat-edsha(DSHA),ectoin and DSHA compositions were used as research objects to observe the tissue morphology of 3D epidermis model of barrier damage by H&E staining,immunofluorescence,immunohistochemistry and LC-MS methods.The results showed that ectoin,DSHA and their compositions could improve the morphology of the model,and the reduction rates of stratum corneum thickness were 21.80%,38.36%and 47.00%,respectively.The increase rates of live cell layer thickness were 2.85%,16.33%and 18.63%,respectively.The improvement rates of FLG protein were 202.70%,410.81%and 402.70%,respectively.The enhancement rates of LOR protein were 242.31%,211.54%and 215.38%,respectively.The promotion rates of CD44 protein were 50.00%,325.00%and 441.67%,respectively.The total concentration increase rates of ceramide were 27.98%and 55.75%,respectively,and the increase rates of ceramide/protein were 43.75%and 62.50%,respectively.In summary,ectoin,DSHA,ectoin and DSHA compositions all had good efficacy in repairing barrier damage.
