Preparation and Characterization of Resveratrol Inclusion Complexes Mediated by Biomimetic Cell Membranes
The RES-SBE-β-CD-PQ-51 inclusion compound was prepared by using sulfobutyl-β-cyclodextrin(SBE-β-CD)as wall material and polyquaternary ammonium salt(PQ-51)with bionic cell membrane structure. The microscopic conformation of the inclusion compound was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.HPLC was used for determination. The results showed that RES was successfully incorporated into SBE-β-CD-PQ-51,and the solubility, discoloration and thermal stability of RES were improved after inclusion.Compared with RES-SBE-β-CD,the addition of PQ-51 increased the encapsulation rate of RES from 90.0%to 99.2%,the drug load from 6.8%to 7.9%,the solubility from 2 267 times to 3 160 times, the discoloration was further reduced and the cytotoxicity of resveratrol was decreased, and also the cell safety was improved.
