摘要
旨在通过模拟人体皮肤细胞间脂质的组成和配比,开发一种仿生皮脂脂质体(OriginalSL™).该脂质体通过纳米包裹技术共包裹神经酰胺、胆固醇和白池花(Limnanthes alba)籽油,以模拟皮肤自然分泌的皮脂.结果表明,OriginalSL™为寡层脂质结构,其平均粒径为(170.2±2.3)nm,PDI值为 0.02,包封率为 98.0%,且在体积分数≤2.5%时无明显细胞毒性,细胞安全性良好.在 3D表皮皮肤模型中,相较于单一神经酰胺或白池花籽油脂质体,OriginalSL™具有更好的保湿和修复功效,具有良好的应用价值.
Abstract
This study aims to mimic the composition and ratio of lipids between human skin cells by developing a biomimetic sebum liposome,namely OriginalSL™.This newly developed liposome encapsulated ceramides,cholesterol,and meadowfoam seed oil to mimic natural sebum using the nanoencapsulation technology.The results indicated that OriginalSL™ had an oligolamellar lipid structure,with an average particle size of(170.2±2.3)nm,a PDI value of 0.02,and an encapsulation efficiency of 98.0%.These liposomes showed no obvious cytotoxicity when the concentration less than 2.5%(in volume fraction),indicating good cellular safety.In the 3D epidermal skin model,the OriginalSL™ showed better moisturizing and skin repair efficacy compared to liposomes containing only ceramide or meadowfoam seed oil,which has good potential for barrier repairing of sensitive skin.
