摘要
建立塞曼效应电热原子吸收光谱法检测化妆品中总汞含量的方法.结果显示,在膏霜类、乳液类、粉类、蜡基类化妆品方法的检出限(LOD)为 0.4 ng/g,定量限(LOQ)为 1.2 ng/g,液态类化妆品方法的LOD为 0.1 ng/mL,LOQ为 0.3 ng/mL.在低、中、高不同加标水平时,相关系数均大于 0.999,线性关系良好,加标回收率为 91.7%~109.7%,相对标准偏差为 0.7%~4.4%(n=6),质控样测定结果均在标准值范围之内.利用该方法对 15 批次不同基质化妆品中汞含量进行测定,并与原子荧光光度法、汞分析仪法测定结果进行比较,结果基本一致,且灵敏度更高.因此,该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确度可靠,灵敏度高且重现性好,适用于不同基质化妆品中总汞含量的测定.
Abstract
An analytical method for determination of total mercury in cosmetics by Zeeman effect electrothermal-atomic absorption spectrometry was established.The limits of detection(LOD)were 0.4 ng/g and the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 1.2 ng/g for the methods of creams,lotions,powders and wax-based cosmetics,and 0.1 ng/mL(LOD)and 0.3 ng/mL(LOQ)for the methods of liquid cosmetics.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 at different spiked levels of low,medium and high,with good linearity.The recoveries of the spiked samples ranged from 91.7%to 109.7%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.7%-4.4%(n=6),and the results of the quality control samples were all within the range of the standard values.The method was used to determine the mercury content in 15 batches of cosmetics with different matrices.Compared with the results obtained by atomic fluorescence photometric method and mercury analyzer method,the results were basically consistent,and had higher sensitivity.Therefore,the method is simple,rapid,reliable,sensitive and reproducible,and suitable for the determination of total mercury in cosmetics with different matrices.
