通过动力学建模考察了4款含奥克立林的防晒化妆品中二苯甲酮在不同贮藏温度(25、45、60℃)下的生成规律.结果表明,4 款产品中均检测出二苯甲酮,其质量比含量范围为(2.25±0.12)~(14.71±0.09)μg/g.不同贮藏条件下二苯甲酮生成均可以用零级反应动力学模型解释.贮藏温度越高,二苯甲酮生成速率越快.在 60℃、2 个月的贮藏期内二苯甲酮含量增幅达到 13.4~20.5 倍,可能是由于奥克立林的降解导致二苯甲酮含量升高.因此,此类产品在运输销售过程中应避免较高的贮藏温度.
Impacts of Storage Temperatures on the Formation of Benzophenone in Octocrylene-Containing Cosmetic Sunscreen
This study aimed to investigate the generation of benzophenone in four cosmetic sunscreens containing octocrylene under different storage temperatures(25,45,60℃)using kinetics models.The results showed that benzophenone was detected in all four products,with a concentration ranging from(2.25±0.12)to(14.71±0.09)μg/g.A zero-order reaction kinetic model could explain the generation of benzophenone under different storage conditions.The higher the storage temperature,the faster the generation rate of benzophenone.During a storage period of two months at 60℃,the concentration of benzophenone increased by 13.4 to 20.5 times,which might be due to the degradation of octocrylene leading to an increase in the concentration of benzophenone.Therefore,elevated storage temperatures should be avoided while transporting and selling cosmetics containing octocrylene.
